Console Table

This quartersawn oak console table is an attempt to reproduce a Stickley piece. It's 31" high and the semicircle top is 26" in diameter. The table is stained with a dye stain followed by a coat of Watco Dark Walnut. The result is a bit darker than I planned, except in strong light. It's finished with 3 coats of lacquer—the first use of my Accuspray HVLP spray equipment. The top stained unevenly, perhaps because I misapplied some wood filler, so I toned the top with a tinted coat of lacquer, which helped.
