Departure

This is the Bell 207 helicopter loading up the second flight out on the day of our departure. We were all assigned specific flights; we were on the third flight out. The staff turned the machines around in about 6 mins. Incoming guests piled out, the staff pulled out their luggage and loaded the luggage of the departing guests, who piled in as soon as the arriving guests cleared the helipad. That's Andrew at the front of the helicopter; when they weren't skiing, the guides did a little of everything else, including helicopter loading/unloading and serving dinner.

On our flight out, I rode next to the pilot in the Bell 212. What a view, especially since you can see through the floor at your feet. I highly recommend the shotgun seat.
