Buying a new Epson Stylus Photo 2200 printer without any place to put it induced me to build this low, rolling cart.
The cart is only 14" high, so it rolls under table where it lives most of the time. Rolling it out is needed only to change paper and fuss with the ink.
The drawers hold printer parts and supplies. The case and drawer fronts are made from leftover maple plywood, trimmed in solid maple, and the drawers are 1/2" Baltic birch plywood with 1/4" white melamine bottoms. I used up most of my solvent lacquer finishing this cart; from now on, I'm using mostly water-base finishes.
